Composer, keyboardist, producer and musical director, Ruben is the founder of Ultrassom Music Ideas. He has been working for more than 15 years as music producer and composer, creating scores for film in Brazil and abroad, TV series and theater. His work has been awarded in several national and international festivals.

With a B.A. in Journalism, she worked as editor-in-chief and assistant director at TV Cultura, Rede TV and SBT. In 2003, she started working with independent producers. In 2004, she moved on to production company Maria Bonita Coisas. Since 2006, she is Elo Company's content director.

Sabrina holds a degree in business administration from FEA-USP / Florida International University (International Business) and is a reference in the Film and TV industry in Brazil: she was honored at Rio Content Market in 2016 and gave several lectures and classes in Brazil and several places abroad, such as Cannes.

Barbara has a degree in Film and has been a participant in international programs of specialization in distribution such as CICAE Training (Venice Film Festival) and Berlinale Talent Campus (Berlin International Film Festival). For several years, she was a director at distributing company Pandora Filmes and now takes on the role of Content Manager at ELO Company, managing the ELAS label.

Advogada, fez o curso Foundation in Visual Arts + Design na Vancouver Film School, estudando audiovisual (foco em roteiro). Selecionada para a Edição de 2019 do Locarno Industry Academy em São Paulo. Após trabalhar na produção executiva de produtoras de grande porte, trabalha como Coordenadora de Conteúdo.

As a cultural journalist, Luísa contributed at several media outlets in Brazil and in the United Kingdom, interviewing big film personalities and covering international festivals and press junkets worldwide. With a degree in Film Studies, she acts as sales assistant.

Graduated in Radio and TV (Cásper Líbero) and Accounting Sciences (FEA-USP), she worked 4 years in several areas in the financial market. He also lived in Germany where he worked with the exhibition and distribution of European content. He is currently graduating from the Wolf Maya vocational course and is an assistant sales associate at Elo Company.

Graduated in Radio and TV, with a post-graduate degree in National Film and Television School, she has worked in the audiovisual industry for more than 15 years. She has worked in productions in England for Channel 4, BBC, Discovery Channel, among others. In Brazil, worked in major international feature films and TV series.

Graduated in Business administration with specialization in executive production, André has been working in the industry for more than 20 years as a cinematographer, post-production coordinator and director of Ultrassom Music Ideas. At ELO Company, he works as a Development and Co-productions Executive.

Paula graduated in Radio and TV at FAAP and has more than 12 years of experience in the market. She lived in England for 4 years, where she produced several feature films, documentaries and TV series. Her first film as Executive Producer was nominated for Best Production at the British Independent Film Awards.

Graduated in Journalism, she worked as distribution assistant, and has worked for the past seven years as executive production assistant. She has worked in advertising, short films, series and TV reality shows. She worked in the executive production of short film docudrama "Não é um Caso Isolado", selected in a number of international festivals.

With a bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual (SENAC), with a post-graduate degree in Strategic Marketing (Universidade Prebisteriana Mackenzie), she worked for five years in TV Executive Production and Cinema: first, in charge of Strategy, Marketing and Movie Theater Premiere Programming, and now coordinating the distributor’s Communication, Creative and Marketing departments.

Bacharel em Audiovisual (SENAC), com pós-graduação em Marketing Estratégico (Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie). Trabalhou com Produção Executiva de TV e Cinema por 5 anos. Ingressou na Elo Company cuidando de Estratégia, Marketing e Programação de Lançamentos em Cinema e atualmente coordena os setores de Comunicação, Criação e Marketing da distribuidora.

Formado em Rádio, TV e Internet, estagiou na 89 A Rádio Rock e entrou na Elo Company no setor de Comunicação, trabalhando com redação e redes sociais. Hoje trabalha como editor de vídeo e designer.

He has a degree in Cinema from Anhembi Morumbi and is the visual artist responsible for "Gatinha Vilã", director and partner in the production company "JODO". He has participated in the production, pre and post production of more than 50 short films and music videos available on online platforms, besides producing cultural events by the producer.

Formada em Comunicação pela ESPM e pós-graduada em Jornalismo pela Cásper Líbero. Trabalha com propaganda há 10 anos, atuou em agências de publicidade com criação, planejamento e mídias sociais. Foi gerente de marketing na distribuidora Vitrine Filmes e atualmente é gerente de comunicação na Elo Company.

Formada em Artes Visuais e pós-graduação em Direção de Arte, trabalha com design há mais de 10 anos passando por agências de publicidade e produtoras.

Apaixonada por internet, redes sociais e estética, começou sua trajetória no cinema em 2018. Trabalhou no Festival do Rio e foi assistente de produção no Brasil para a TRY HARD (documentário "Mother"). Também atuou como designer para empresas como TIM Brasil, Plataforma Gente (Globo), entre outras.

Mestre em Comunicação Social, Especialista em Crítica de Cinema e Bacharel em Comunicação Social com Habilitação em Radialismo, é pesquisadora do cinema latino americano desde 2007. Trabalhou nos principais festivais de cinema de São Paulo, atuou como produtora de filmes e eventos na Cinemateca Brasileira por 6 anos.

Graduated in Radio and TV, he acquired experience working with onboard content encoding for international airlines for six years. Today, he manages Elo's technical department.

Formada em Rádio, TV e Internet, atua na área de pós-produção há 9 anos. Trabalhou na assistência e coordenação de edição de diversos programas de entretenimento e ficção para empresas como o SBT, Multishow, History Channel, UOL e Rede TV. Hoje ocupa o cargo de gerente técnica na Elo Company.

In the audiovisual area since 1997, he specialized in financial controller and consultancy for advertising and entertainment producers. They were 12 years in the controllership of Bossa Nova Films and other producers. Now he comes with all his luggage to Elo seeking to expand his knowledge in distribution and bringing new financial expertises.

Andressa holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul and has worked as an Administrative Assistant at Galáxia Filmes do Brasil, with registration authority at Comprova.com. She currently works as Administrative Assistant at ELO Company.

Graduated in Social Work by Universidade Ítalo Brasileiro, she interned at CRAS in the social work area, worked at the Associação Fraternidade Assistencial de Rio Pequeno as Social Advisor, and at Colégio Anglo as coordinating assistant.

At Bilingual Executive Secretariat, Camila has worked for Banco Bradesco and the administrative staff of an engineering company. He is currently on the board of Elo Company.
